After ASW moved into the robotic lab, a double-deck space renovated from a standalone building made by shipping containers, the meeting room needs a table to demonstrate ASW’s speciality of design in 3D printing technology. Considering the room is facing a main pathway, we decided to make the Meander Table to attract attention, and in response to the newly expanded corridor which is also featured by a curvature. The table stand was printed by our 3D printer farm, and the countertop was made by U-shaped glass panels. There are four embedded lineal LED stripes that run across the body for an illustration of visual presentation during the night.
