Introduction

工业机器人最早的出现源于一种多轴的货物搬运自动化编程机械,这同自然界中鸟类筑巢的行为非常相似。通过编程手段,我们就可以操纵机器人完成一系列的相似动作,从而达到一个类似鸟巢的“井干式”结构体系。这个机器人鸟巢装置采用圆木棒作为建造材料,机器臂可完成从拾取,切割,到开榫,摆放的一系列动作。每一根圆木棒的位置和长度都经过了计算和优化,这样“鸟巢”的形态便能够得以严格的控制。其中各个榫口的角度都是不同的,但又遵循上下的对应关系,以此从技术的角度体现机器臂加工和搬运的精度,同时也体现了参数化设计同数字加工手段之间的友好衔接。
