以木结构为主题,榫卯结构自然被采纳为基本的节点构造形式。用机器臂切割生成空间榫卯这一方式最初就被设想为关键的技术环节。因为所有的杆件都是以静力学的方法找到空间构成位置,所以每一个杆件之间的扣榫关系都是唯一的。这正好极度发挥了机器臂编程的智能加工优势。同时我们也尝试了使用多台机器臂协同工作的模式。
